Bingo

Wow, it seems like I haven't done a post in forever, between my grueling school schedule and well I guess that's all just my grueling shool schedule, I haven't had much time to blog. Did I mention it's my last semester, okay okay so I guess I've mentioned it enough but for me I can't say it enough.
I found this cool tuxedo-like jacket last week. I have to say I didn't fall in love with it right away. Who wouldn't love this jacket which boasts an oversized shoulder pad silhouette and reminds me of a dreaded 80's jacket and skirt suit that a middle aged woman would wear to bingo. All jokes aside, when I tried it on today on a whim, I liked how it fit and it kind of reminds me of something you might catch David Bowie wearing in the prime of his career, sequins and all.
Sorry everyone if one of the shoulder pads looks a little hunch backish, I cut one of them out of the jacket to see how it would look. Needless to say, my sister and I both agreed the shoulder pads should stay. My sewing skills came in handy for once, thanks mom. Also, please look past the price tag attacher thingy on the sleeve. I have this weird thing about not removing a price tag until I wear an item and I thought I had concealed the thing, guess not. Enjoy and hopefully I'll be able to squeeze in at least one more post this week for all of you, k. Smooches
